Our Parent Support Group are holding a coffee morning and Cake Sale in the Community Centre on Friday 12th October from 9am ☕️ This is in aid of the purchase of a defibrillator which will be situated at the school and can be accessed by the community. Anyone wishing to drop cakes/buns etc may do so from 8.30am on the day. We thank everyone for their fantastic help towards this worthy cause ! 🙌😊All welcome 😊
Great news today! 👏 As part of the “Writer in Residence” programme in conjunction with the Creative Ireland Programme 2017-2022 through Meath County Library we are one of two schools who have been chosen in Meath to work on this project! 😊
We are delighted that the hugely popular children’s author Shane Hegarty will begin writing workshops with our 5th and 6th class pupils on 26th September and will work with us between now and Christmas 👌🎄. Shane is the former Arts Editor of the Irish Times and is known for his popular children’s series “Darkmouth” . The first book in this series is due to be released as an animated Hollywood movie in January 2019. We are very excited to begin working on this programme and hope it will be a huge benefit to our pupils 😊👏🎉 The school photographer will visit all classes on Tuesday 2nd October 2018. Please ensure class teacher knows if you would like a family photo.

We had a wonderful celebration on Friday 15th June. We wished our 6th class pupils well as they set off on their new adventures in Secondary School. We also say goodbye to Mrs. Rowe as she retires after 46 years teaching in our school! Have a look at our photos below.
