Our monthly assembly was held this morning. This was led by Mrs. Rowe's 5th and 6th class pupils who focused on the theme of emigration. We remembered all our past pupils especially those who have emigrated. We were very lucky as Edel's Grandad joined us and sang some songs and played the accordian for us! We had a wonderful sing along and we would like to thank him very much. It was a fantastic way to celebrate the end of Catholic School's Week. Birthday certificates were given out for the month of January and the Class of the Month Award was presented to Mrs. Rowe's 5th and 6th class for being great leaders and role models in our school!

The annual Credit Union Quiz will take place next Monday 3rd February at 8pm in the Bohemian Centre, Ardee. We wish our teams the very best of luck !!!
As part of Catholic Schools Week we will celebrate our Grandparent's Mass on Thursday 30th January in the church at 10am. We invite you all to join us for this special mass.
Swimming lessons will begin on Friday 7th February for all pupils from 2nd to 6th class as part of their PE Curriculum.
We are now accepting enrolments for New Junior Infants beginning in September 2014. Please contact the office on 041 6854178 or drop in to pick up an enrolment form. You may also download the form from our website. We look forward to meeting you.
Dance lessons began today for all pupils. These will be held every Thursday for four weeks.
