Dental Nurse Mary Carr HSE will visit the school on Wednesday 4th March at 9.10am to speak to parents about dental hygiene. This will be held in the school hall. All parents welcome.
We say a huge congratulations to our two quiz teams who took part in the Credit Union Quiz in the Bohemian Centre last night. Our Junior 'A' team came second by 1 point and our Senior 'B' team tied for first place with two other schools. This led to a quick fire round of three questions and eventually they came 3rd , also 1 point behind the overall winners. It was a wonderful night and we are very proud of them. We are so proud of our school choir who took part in the Peace Proms concert in the RDS last Sunday 1st February. We sang with the Cross Border Orchestra of Ireland. It was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed it. Please have a look at our photos of this great day below :) |
