We would like to thank all of our pupils for their hard work all year and our parents for their wonderful involvement in school life. We wish our 6th class pupils the very best of luck as they head off to secondary school and we look forward to welcoming our new Junior Infants. We wish you all a very happy and peaceful Summer. School will close tomorrow Friday 24th June for the holidays and re-open on Tuesday 30th August 2016.
Well done to our pupils who took part in the athletics competition in the MDL in Navan on Wednesday 15th June. It was a wonderful day and we are proud of you all.
We had a wonderful day today to celebrate the end of another school year. Our mass took place at 10 am in the church and all pupils and staff were involved. We thank all the teachers and pupils for their hard work throughout the year. This was followed by our 6th class party in the hall. The ice cream van came too for all of our pupils!!! We are so proud of our 6th class and we wish them all the very best of luck and every happiness in the future.
Congratulations to Mrs. Rowe and our 5th and 6th class who took part in the Moo Crew Primary Dairy Movement competition and were today announced Senior Category County winners!! They have won 80 euro worth of sport's equipment for our school!! Well done to all!!
Our end of year mass will take place tomorrow, Friday 17th June at 10am. All welcome.
We thank everyone who donated to our fundraiser earlier in the year for Trigeminal Neuralgia awareness. We raised 220 euro.See photo below of two pupils, Shauna and Luiseach presenting the cheque. Well done everyone!!!
To celebrate Ireland's participation in the European Championships we held a green day in our school on Monday 13th June, the day of Ireland's first match against Sweden. We hope the team will do us proud!!! COYBIG!!!

Congratulations to Mr. Hickey who won at the World Power Lifting Championships in Wrexham last weekend. We are so proud to have a world champion in our school!!!
A wonderful day was had by pupils today on their school tours. Junior Infants to 1st Class went to the Crystal Maze and 5th and 6th class travelled to Tanagh Adventure Centre in Monaghan. 2nd to 4th class will go on tour next Tuesday 14th June. Have a look at some photos below.
We will have a "Green Day" on Monday 13th June as this is the first day that Ireland will play in the European Championships. Pupils may wear green clothes!!! COYBIG!!!
We are delighted to announce that today we received official word that we have again been awarded our Active flag!!! Well done to all involved and a special thanks to Ms. Harte who was our Active School co-ordinator this year!!! Ms. Harte raised the flag for us today.
Today, we made a presentation to Ms. Kirk on behalf of the Board of Management and all the pupils of our school. We sang a rousing rendition of "Get Me To The Church on Time" !!! We wish Ms. Kirk and Colin every happiness and best wishes for the future. Have a wonderful wedding day!!!!
